I would suggest the Carlos Torano Signature Collection. They have a great cedary taste because they are individually wrapped in cedar, and have been known to have a hint of chocolate and coffee in the flavor profile. Online: $3-4, B&M:$5-7 (There should be a review of them in the reviews forum here.) I've heard that the Tribute Series and the Exodus Gold series from Torano are very tasty as well, but never had the good fortune to try them.
By the way, IMHO, price doesn't matter. Smoke what you like, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
