Elie Bleu Humidors

Hello,

I am in the process of purchasing a humidor to hold about 100 to 120 cigars. Could anyone please provide their thoughts on Elie Bleu models? If anyone has a particular model, I would appreciate your overall experience with the humidor. Thanks in advance for your help.

I heard that they are the best. You can find humidors that cost a whole lot less and work just fine, like Savoy. But if you have the money, why not?

I'm still in the process of looking, but I appreicate your feedback. A couple buddies of mine have these as well and love them.

Just curious, which Elie Bleu are you considering buying? I like the rosewood pattern they offer. You might also want to look into Daniel Marshall. If I had the money to buy any humidor I wanted, I'd buy the 20165 zebrawood Ambiente humidor (150 count) from Daniel Marshall. Since I don't, I'm looking into getting the new cabinet design humidor being put out by Savoy this year (approx 150 cigars).

but was told by another that Daniel Marshall's are great buys. I've read up on them, but just hadn't heard anything via word of mouth. The other source mentioned that DM has what they call private stock which DM decides not to place its name on. Apparently these go for 1/2 price so I'm strongly considering one of these.

Supposedly you can call or email for pricing. I'm thinking about the 150 Burl and Cocobolo Rosewood or the 165 Burl.

yeah I had sent an email to them asking for a price and to let them know I wanted one, but I never heard anything back from them....maybe they are out, I don't know what's up with that...that Ebony Macassar is sick. Nice pick.
