Actually Bill, there should be a comma after the word, "YOU'RE", and, this word should somehow be shown that you're using it to quote another person. More correctly, it should read: "YOU'RE, you dumbass."

Yeah, okay fine BUT in your case, the comma is supposed to be INSIDE the quotations like this:
