Hello everyone I sighned up here I think back in September hoping to learn a little bit about my hobby that I have loved for so long. Smoking cigars has been my main source of therapy ever since I returned from Iraq a few months back. I use these boards as a way to get way from the stress of everyday life and along the way have made some pretty good friends. I have not really chimed in to often on this board becuase personnally I feel like I am walking on eggshells and do not wish to cause myself any uneeded stress. I have bit my lip because I sure do not want to make enemies. I just want to throw in my 2 cents and take it for what it is worth and as not directed at anybody. First I think a major problem with this board is your politics thread. Politics are going to cause problems anywhere you go. In this case I feel that it has not only taken away from the vast amount of knowledge established members contribute, but I can't help but feel that this may be driving people like myself away for silly reasons. Some of you may know me from my other board where I love to hang out and have never felt the animosity I have felt here. To be truthful the only reason I visit this site anymore is to see who is going to be banned this week and that is wrong! This site has some great people that have some great insight. I do not really know to much about the ignore feature but maybe that could be utilized more who knows. There is no need to call for a lynching mob every time an established member gets offended. Another suggestion would be a word filter to filter out the smut that many people post in order to either attack or counter attack against another member. Everyone here is an adult and trashy language is no way to get your point across whether you are a doctor, lawyer, or do not have a job. I accept criticism so criticize away
