I understand the concern about trolls and have read the meassages from that poser physician from Cleveland. I have worked with MDs my entire career (I am an RN) and laughed out loud when he said that doctors weren't very good at writing (or something similar). Most of the ones I know can spell and write coherently. Anyway, I'll try to keep a low profile around here.
