First off, I'm here offering some great cigar deals. If you don't like them, then you don't have to order. I'm not here to cause any problems and my initial post was merely a listing of specials that we have to offer to your members.

For some reason you find some need to make some public showing of rudeness. Your personal escapade on CigarPass with Oblik and Carlos, a forum that we have nothing to do with...is your problem. It had nothing to do with my company or StogieChat. This is all because you didn't like the fact that we would not instantly ban those members from OUR forum on your word. Heck, I don't even know if those guys even post anymore, as its been months since this issue. I can't believe that its even going on still!

If the guy ripped you off, then find him and beat the living crap out of him! (just kidding) But you can do something about it. Your forum admin would have his IP address and could very easily give you more information. If it was a pass gone bad, then someone has the address. Your CigarPass issue from many months ago has nothing to do with the specials we posted.

YOU were "rude" to a considerable number of people who questioned Oblik on your site. You banned them with no warning when they didn't violate any of your published policies.

And STOP LYING, NO ONE demanded that Oblik be banned from your site. People only raised issues about his trading practices and when they did that YOU banned THEM.

Nice to see you guys took the trash out. TBS was at CigarPass.com about a year or so ago, and he was quickly banned for his less than professional behavior. Not sure how someone like this remains in business. The guy has a very poor attitude, and is definately not the type of person I would ever consider doing business with. Not someone to be trusted.

I don't think Sophie placed the order..you know who Sophie is, as I called and talked to a person in the household concerning the order. Funny how Sophie has a son with your name, who lives there, with your birthdate. Should I call and ask for you at 9337, or 9020? This matter needs settled.

For those of you who want proof, you have to understand as well that I cannot post every detail about the transaction due to privacy concerns. But I'm calling Bill to the plate after what he has said about me in pubilc...then he goes and places an order. Age check services do not lie about people, ages, etc. because its used to determine if a buyer is of legal age. If a person does not live at a specific address, with the correct birthdate, then it comes up invalid. You live where the order was billed to, and to be delivered to. Born in 1961 and living on Rxxxx Road. Those of you who really know this guy, well, there you go.

I wasn't around when the whole Oblik stuff happened so I don't know the history of stogiechat, but to continue to make the comment of "Duh I don't understand what the big deal is, duh I just posted a thankyou to the guy cause I thought we were ok, duh" seriously how dumb are you. It's an obvious atempt to put a shadow over CC's credibility and make him look bad. If it had been a genuine thank you it would have gone something like this, "Hey CC thanks for the order and I'm really glad we could put all of this ugliness behind us."
