I haven't received a call from you since I placed the order, are you
sure you are calling the right phone number? I have an
answering machine and I have not received a message from you. I'm
disappointed because I had hoped to receive the order in time for
Christmas (they are a gift) and if you had shipped them on Monday, I
would have had them today. I will be unavailable to speak with you on
the phone until Saturday evening, December 24th. You have my credit
card information and I have ordered items in the past on the internet
without any need to speak with someone on the phone.

I would ask that you please ship the merchandise tomorrow in order for
me to receive it on Saturday, December 24th.

I look forward to receiving my package on December 24th.
