I've never had one of those, but I have had to cut a cigar more than once. Sometimes just for a bigger punch, or with a double blade if it is tight or tastes off. I've been known to stick a thin screwdriver into the end of a tight cigar also, works like a charm.

Padron Annies are a top shelf smoke. I have re-cut cigars numerous times. Smaller ring gages sometimes are rolled to tightly. I try to massage the tip of the cigar before re-cutting.

I often find myself re-cutting CAO Brazilias... I turn blue sucking on those things... (NO COMMENTS!)
