1. I had several boxes of Padrons allocated for the special, of which to put up every couple days. While some looked at the special and saw zero stock, it was 1 or two boxes come the next day. Eventually we were out of them. It was a first come, first serve special and there are other cigars listed as well. If you frequent other places, you may have seen the ad sooner and purchased. It does take time to go from site to site to post specials. Padrons at that price, right before Christmas when most vendors didn't have them...well, they went fast. Several boxes were sold here. It was the same text ad everywhere, cut & paste. Look at any cigar vendors text ad on the forums...its the same everywhere else too.
2. Yes, I have flamed back. I fully admit that. Like you state, nobody liked being pushed around. I don't either and will respond likewise. I apologize as it was out of line as I took it quite personal. Being a situation from a year ago, it really took me off guard and I responded very defensively. I do apologize for that.
3. As CC said, that was all public information. Giving out personal information would be absolutely crazy and nothing that I mentioned was "private" by any means. I merely wanted to thank him, but realized after that it was not the thing to do on a forum where I don't know most of the members. I'm used to things being more of a family, like here on StogieChat. Where on your forum the sale was questioned because of the flame war. I should not have tried to prove that it was an order from CC, as that would be impossible to do in public anyways and should not have been a point. That was my mistake.
4. While the members on your forum could speak their mind, I was banned. I didn't use foul language, just tried to explain my side. Yes, I was looking for new business, or trolling as you call it. Thus the reason for the ad to begin with. You guys were quick to ban my words there. So don't expect me to not have some voice in the situation, as threads running here without your comments is the same as you are doing there.
5. The poll was requested by one of our members to help solve the problem. let the community decide, since this is personal to me.
And finally, YES, this can stop. Its mainly CC and I who have issues from what it looks. I'll gladly work this out, but I'm not going to apologize to CigarPass, Rob and those other members who were banned a year ago for the "Carlos and Euthhardt" situation. Thats old crap and we all know it. That is where this all started again because of some old grudge. So lets close that crap and move on.
