Since there is some claim that some members here have some mixed feelings pertaining to the flame war with CoventryCat86, kevin7, rpb67, and a few others, this poll is started. Maybe I took this a little too personal with them calling us SpoogieChat, asshats, and other stuff. Then again, maybe not when you consider that there are over 5 threads slamming me, TBS and StogieChat compaired to the one on here.

It was suggested to run the poll by one of our members here, as a solution to the post. I did take the intial post down for about 20 minutes in good faith that things would come back to reality. In which case I was slammed for taking it down by you on your forum.

From what I read CC, you want an apology? I admit that I was upset over the comments about the special that I posted on the CigarSmokers forum. The comments posted was about something that happened a year ago and I thought was rather petty even then. I posted to that respect and again explained it was policy at that time.

As for the order in question and personal information. I was involved with talking to you in that thread concerning the Padron 1926 cigars, and them not being listed. It was no "secret" that you were interested, as you were upset that they were sold out so quickly. I posted another box, and "poof" they were gone within minutes of letting you know in the forum. While I thought that was a mutual ground where you ordered some cigars you wanted, and hopefully an end to the pokes, I posted a thank you...although I was still a bit confused as why the change of heart.

Again, my mistake as everyone could not believe that you placed an order and obviously I cannot prove that fact because it it would involve giving out private information. However, the information that I mentioned was already public, as cc stated, although you claim that I gave out private information from YOUR ORDER. If it was not your order, as you claim, then obviously I don't have any of your personal information, correct?

I apologize for the personal thank you, as I should not have ever of done that. I'm used to thanking members here all the time and while we are more family here, I made a mistake there. I do normally thank my customers when they order via the forum specials.

Either way, lets quit the crap. I'll drop the threads, even remove them if so asked. However, I would appreciate the same on your side as well. While you and I will never see eye to eye CC, I think both forums are tired of reading and taking sides.

So state your terms to end this so we can all move on to doing something a little more constructive. We need Rob back too because I'm tired of tending to his horses over here....

As for the letter to Hex, he ignored the situation on his forum and our attorney recommened that we try one last time to contact the site owner to resolve the issue outside of using the courts. While he mocked the letter, its a shame because this is going to lead to a legal battle and consume his time unless its resolved.

While I will and do apologize for this getting out of hand, I'm not going to make up such lies to please you.

If you didn't place any order, then obviously I don't have any personal information about you. That there makes your whole point moot concerning privacy of your order. Unless of course, you did actually order and have been lying about it the whole time.

And don't say that YOU don't have the "position" to name terms, as its mainly you who is going around posting and using TBS in your signature tag. So lets resolve this.

Thanks Bartok. Thats what happened last time, a year ago, it was dropped. I pretty much forgot about the issue and never expected it to come up again. Now, a year later, its here again because someone saw our advertisement. Should we ignore it for another year? Obviously its not going to go away unless there is some agreement made. Someone still holding a grudge after being banned a year ago is crazy, but the case unfortunately with a few.
