I'd pass. You can find better travel humidors out there and the cigars you can find any place.

Agreed, especially for that extremely marked up cost.

The thing with Thompsons is that you have to compare prices with other sites , sometimes they are brutally high - example = LGC Serie R #6 at Thompsons $173.00 - Holt's = $109.00 . However I bought a box of ERDM Robusto Larga at a local B&M and paid $119.00 - Thompsons has them for $79.00 . So as you can see , check around for better prices . If you really want a travel humidor , what I would do is ask your local tobacconist or look for name brand products , the humis in the Thompson deals usually aren't any good . I know from experience , have 1-50ct humi(Thompsons) that needs refilling every couple days . Cigarbid.com sometimes has some travel humis for auction . Good luck .

And I have purchased a few times from them and the cigars came extremely wet, with a couple that had mold on them.

Don't buy ANYTHING from Thompsons, EVER!!

If you ever admit here that you did, prepare yourself for the worst.

If you thought we were rough on Scotty..........

CC, is there any reason other than price (and apparently moisture) we should know about with this vendor? Just curious.

    Price mostly.

Their house brands are absolutely horrible AND expensive.

Since I've never bought from them, I have no first hand experience with their Customer Service (or severe LACK of it) but I've seen and heard way too many horror stories from people in this regard to ever want to deal with them.

Oh, and once you get in their "system" they will harrass you forever. Just ask a loyal cutomer like Scroto Thompsons calls him constantly and floods his email with garbage on almost a daily basis. I remember seeing Scotty whining about this a while back. LMFAO, his fault for ever ordering from those dopes in the first place.
