    Default Pretty cool new Cutter site

    Hey guys, just wanted to pass on a new cutter site I ran across. Here is the addy

    WOW, thanks Harris for the link! I have to replace a few of my 44 magnums pretty soon and had been looking around for a nice, inexpensive punch cutter with an ejector and these guys have some nice choices!

    The one on that link is pure crap. I got the exact same thing from CBid. I paid a buck for it and that was WAY TO MUCH! It is a cheap plastic with a stamped metal blade that was not even sharp when I got it new.

    The only V cutters that are worth it are expensive . . . or so I am told since I do not have one.

    Those Davidoff cutters are pricey little bastards. You would hope that they not only cut your cigars, but also make you coffee and bring in the newspaper etc.

    In my opinion the worst cutter you can use is the V cutter. It doesn't do the job properly and you end up getting a lot of tar build up towards the end of the cigar.

    I know people like the V, but in my experience they just don't cut it.

    Default does anybody use a punch?

    Ihave never used one--do you like it better than a guillotine? I personaly use a double-g that is built into my lighter. I have a colibri lighter(that i hate), but i do like the convience of always having both lighter & cutter w/ me. I was looking at the Xikar twist-bullet punch the other day while in the local shop, but never using one was reluctant to purchase. Any body use one or have a different one that they like?
