You could also use liquid pectin..... youcan find it it in the canning section of Wal-Mart..... just have one end of the label overlap the other end. Even if you get a little pectin on the cigar, no big deal.... that is what I use to repair a wrapper that is unraveling from a cigar.

The wrapper on a Cuban Partagas Deluxe tubo (which I plan on smoking Sunday) I have is unraveling. I'll try that out.
