At that point, I will send out all account information to each respective bidder so they may transfer the initial 150 to their account. Finally, over the next week, each person may add to that account once each day. At the end of the 7th day, the person with the most money in their account scores the cigars. Those who lost take the money out of escrow and put it back in their loser bank accounts. To guarantee the winning bidder, the money will be transferred by giving Nino account access once we've got a verified courier tracking number. This is the only fair solution, like it or not.
