That is a tough question. I have not personally found anything that tastes quite the same as either of the 2 you mentioned.

I would recommend the following cigars because they are top quality non Cubans. There really aren't any non Cubans that have that Cuban flavor. These are however my favorite non Cuban robusto sized cigars.

The closest domestic that tastes cuban is the JFR from Tropical ....it is very limited production and in select brick & mortar stores. Most of the stores in Dallas have em cuz the cigar kinda originated here. They are very tasty for a $4 stick.
