    Sounds like your just willing to take a layoff/termination and move on to better opportunities. However, I would not leave the termination so open ended. I at least draw up a letter saying that you Deny the accusations surrounding surfing internet porn at work. I might even have an attorney write the letter, just so it's documented. If the only thing you get out of this is a good recommendation to take with you to your next job it will be worth the effort. You don't want this following you to your next employment.

    Well you are right that I want to move on and get away from the place. But the agency that I worked with said that they would give me a good reference. They believe me, it is just the company that they sent me to. That make any sense what so ever???

    I agree with Cinda's recommendation. You should right the letter, the dispute letter will become part of your permenant record. It is better to be safe than sorry.
