Thread: more questions..

  1. Default more questions..

I'm looking at some of the suggested sites to order heartfelt beads....would you suggest getting the aluminum humidifier w/ beads, the tube filled w/ beads, or just the plain beads?..which would be easiest and most foolproof? If I get the regular ones..do I get the half pd? or full pd? The humidor will prob. be a 50 cnt. AND how long do the beads last? I'm sure all this info is already on past posts, so I apoligize for not looking... but I'm juggling 2 babies here and don't have much time to search...thank you so much for the help!

First of all, you are a sweetheart for doing this for this guy. 1/2 lb. of 65%rh beads is plenty for your needs. Get a tube as well - a small one is enough for a 50 ct. humi. The beads last a long, long time. He'll have to add distilled water from time to time - directions will come with the beads.

I bought the 65% humidity pre-filled tube for around 14$ or so from Heartfelt. I would suggest this is a great buy to start. Of course, be sure to get a tube that is the right size for the number of cigars that will go in the humidor. Again, just to reinforce it, only use distilled water on the beads.

As basil mentioned, you are definately a sweetie for doing this. Good luck and feel free to ask any additional questions, everyone here is quite helpful. in the end I am sure he will love it no matter what!

I concur. A medium or large tube would be perfect.

The beads are great, you can't go wrong. You are awesome for doing this for him. Let us know when you get the humidor ready to be set up. We'll walk you through it.
