Yup - very normal. Still happens to me when I smoke a (stronger) cigar (and no, I don't inhale). B/c I don't smoke a lot (heresy on this site), when I do, the nicotene gives me a nice buzz. Once you get used to it, like any habit, it probably won't as much. I rather enjoy it.
