absolutly not.......if this had been done a week ago,i'd say yes...i believe he's showing that he can fit in......we're getting too quick on the trigger here...let him stay.....as i stated earlier ....he knows that we know how he started here......now is not the time to dump him....

In deference to you Sid, I vote 30 days suspension, because I know if that happens he'll be banned permanently soon after he comes back. He has been consistantly rude with everyone here almost. To those he's not rude to, he's a leg humpin' little bitch.

If he was trying to fit in, he'd be posting public apologies specifically to those he's been rude to, whether or not they've taken offense. He won't though - he doesn't think he's done anything wrong. I'm telling you: he's a troll, period.

I think he may have gotten off to a bad start - but he also was an asshole when there was no reason to be. Given the trash he brought in (or as Basil put it - the dump he took when he came in) he has some cleaning up to do - which he appears unwilling to do.

Honestly - and maybe I'm wrong - but I think he is only here to create controversy. It started out bad and went downhill from there...

Several good points made. He came in out of order and got snotty when called on the carpet. He's pissed off everyone who read that thread. He's never apologized for any personal attacks. And now he's trying to be a nice guy and suck up without ever admitting he was wrong to start what he did.

I vote ban. I believe it was basil who said 30 days and when he comes back, he'll just get himself banned anyway. I agree with that theory, so why not ban him right away.

I pm'ed Hex his first day for a ban poll, all I ever really wanted was 30 day suspension and to see if his IP matched one FPDoc. He's an attention whore, if he gets ignored for 30 days, he won't want to come back.

Being a new guy here I'm a little reluctant to speak on this issue, but I guess I agree with Bigpoppapuff. He seems to be calming down a bit, and he knows the rules now. This is an unusual board in the sense that everyone is familiar with each other (most boards seem to be strangers talking to each other) and you all can usually take good natured ribbing. A new member to the board may read some previous posts and make an ass out of themselves unintentionally just because they are trying to fit in. I think his initial post was an honest mistake, but not one that's unforgivable, and I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt. He has insulted some people that all of you consider friends, but he's made attempts to apologize as best he can without losing too much face, and as BPP said, I think he's got the message.

My opinion is let's see what happens in the near future. If he continues to calm down, then good for him. If he slaps someone with an insult, take it in fun. If he starts to ramp up again, then can 'em.

This is exactly right. If he wants to respect our board then he will come back, but I don't think he will.

One last thing before I call it a night...my IP address does not match anyone because this is this week is the first time I've ever been on this site. So don't think I'm someone else.

I don't think I'm an internet troll either. I shouldn't even be home right now. I should be out somewhere trying to get laid like most single guys are doing right now, but I'm home tonight. I'm saving up for tomorrow night...the city will actually have a good vibe tomorrow because of the Cavaliers playing their first playoff game in the 21st century.

Hex I think I may want to seriously change my vote. I initially voted ban but I think after finishing that long ass thread that this guy may have some potential and I'd like to see where he goes.

So if you wouldn't mind I would like to change my vote to no action.

Hey Partagas, that post about the swallow a knife thing is actually a Dane Cook joke and I've been dying to use it. Sorry to disappoint but it is not original.

Do we have the apologies in any of the threads yet or is 13 hours too short a time? Hey, I'm a newb, but if I have to insult the fuck out of ppl on the board to get attention then there is something wrong here.... I'll hold off my vote till tomorrow sometime because not everyone from Cleveland is a child raping polygamist so I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt in this case.

Re-read the posts PJ - this guy is 100% troll. He started out fucked up and only got worse. And now he wants to pretend it didn't happen?? Or rather, he barely gives it a nod and tells us he really tried to say he was sorry? I don't fucking buy it. There's no apology anywhere. No retraction anywhere. He says he did, but it's nowhere to be found. That is bullshit. He at the very least deserves 30 days off - And I'm like Big Mac - he won't come back - he craves attention too much to wait on the 30 days to expire.

I read the posts man and I'm not saying the dude didn't fuck up, he definitely fucked up, but come on we've had guys who have ended up to be way worse than this guy has been so far. Sure he's a dickhead, and yes he tried to sell cigars that he won, but honestly if you had won some cigars and then found this site would you have been any different? Be honest now. I know you guys a bit now and can say that now I prolly would do just what George said and give tham out to some of my friends here but really if I didn't know any of you why on earth would I do that? The guy has been here for a very short period of time and has pissed off a lot of people I know, nobody is going to forget that soon but if, and this is a big if, he can come through this and prove that he is a good guy afterall then maybe we'll have pretty good new member.
