How's it goin everyone? This is about my 10th post and I realized I haven't posted an intro yet. Well, I'm 23, living in Miami, and new to Cigar smoking. My father would smoke 'em once in a while, but I always stuck to my cigarettes until I quit those over a year ago. This past birthday my father got me a humidor and a box of Montecristo Robustos. A pretty light cigar to start with. Since then, I've been hooked. I spend a lot of my weekend hanging out at different cigar stores in the area (Vilar Cigars my favorite so far). As far as a favorite smoke, I haven't had that much of a variety to say what kind of cigar man I am yet. Out of all the cigars I've smoked, there's only a couple that I honestly did not like one bit. Those were the Sauza's from Drew Estate and the Nasty off of Drew's Acid Line. I liked the other Acids at first because of the sweet taste, but quickly got tired of the sweetness. My top 2 favorite so far have been the Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur and Gurkha's Ancient Warrior. I definitely preferred the Excalibur the better of the two. The wrapper was nice and oily, felt almost like silk. The taste I got out of it was almost like a cream background, maybe even buttery if you would...with some other flavors my taste buds haven't been able to point out yet. But I don't know why, it just felt like more of an elegant smoke. Well, that's about all. Hope the crowd's always as great as they have been so far.

Long Ashes,
Toasty
