Great effort. But as any lawyer will tell you, the graininess of the video, coupled with the lack of close-up shots without an affidavit render it completely inadmissable. Plus, I think I see double-sided tape sticking out from under the cigar.
Look at that... I plumb got myself 5 raisins and 7 termites.
