    They are being produced as an EL in 2006.

    Doesn't look like there are any seals on the box as well, and the varnish looks off.

    The substance that they coat the exterior of the box with to make it shiny. Or at least i assumed it was a varnish...
    Notice the Siglo sticker on the tissue wrapping was applied differently on mine...
