I've been seeing stubs all over the golf course past few weeks (noticed some before but never paid attention). While I don't know enough to do what Monk described, now I'm looking to see what the other Floggers are smoking!

Yes I think you're hooked. As long as you don't start trying to smoke the stubs you'll be ok.
