i don't see how it could be illegal. it's not illegal to say i smoke pot everyday. no cops gonna come to my house because he read these forums just like no cop's gonna read this and come after someone for selling one cigar

If however a forum becomes regular traffic for an illigal activity it can be shut down...personally I enjoy this forum and would hate to see that happen. You can say you smoke illegal cubans all day long, but once you utlize this forum as a place where people in the US can buy them illegally ( I personally don't agree with all this embargo BS either, but it is a fact of life ) you may run into problems.
same with pot...yes... you can say you smoke it. but if you say, hey I have some to sell...email me at this address, then you have a different problem altogether...you see my point?
