    Hey Now,

    Thanks for the welcome Kevin.

I have had a great week of smoking cigars and trying different brands, but last night which was my fourth of the day I tried a Rocky patel sungrown mini cornona.
Not sure what happened but it made me sick and I threw up for the first time becuase of a cigar. I don't remember inhaling...I did have coffee and some dunkin donuts munchkins with it. It was the first time I ate while smoking.

I was really bummed because the cigar tasted real good! It started out VERY spicy but half way through became real nice and smooth.

I could have been a bit dehydrated...didnt drink much water yesterday and had about a gallon of coffee throughout the day as I enjoy having a cup of coffee with a cigar.

So I guess the real question to ask is...are the rocky patel sungrowns a full bodied smoke that a new smoker may not be acclimated to...therefore making me feel sick? all the cigars I have tried so far have been mild and medium.

    thanks!

Where do you want to start?
You smoked 4 cigars that day (esp. as a noob)
You drank a gallon of coffee
    You smoked a strong cigar.
    Oh, and you were dehydrated.

yeah I guess I did answer all my own questions.

    Gonna ease up

    smoke one every few days

and go milder till I can handle the full flavor.

    Hey Now,

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll be sure to pick those up an give them a try.

Yeah...I got real excited about trying the many different brands, but I think I got a bit
    too overexcited...

It's such an incredible thing walking into a store with wall to wall cigars...the collector in me got way too excited.

So anyhow... I am thinking...does anyone want to trade the medium to full bodied smokes I just bought for mild smokes?

I have them still in the cellaphane stored in my humidor at 62% humidity. All are less than a week old.

They are in robusto and rothchild size-

    Torano exodus gold 1959
    Torano exodus silver 1959
    camacho maduro
    Torano virtuoso
    la flor dominica double ligero
    rocky patel vintage 1990
    partagas black label
    CAO criollo
    Punch gran cru
    Punch gran puro

If anyone is iwlling to trade these for a sampler of nice mild smokes I would be grateful!

I live in North Tonawanda NY

    Thanks!

    take care,
    Jared
