Thread: Need advice on Fonseca Sun Grown Cedars...

Question Need advice on Fonseca Sun Grown Cedars...

I am going to get a 5-pack of these based on good reviews from this site. My question is do I get the natural wrappers or the maduro ones. I'd get them both, but I really can't splurge at this time

    Thanks

Go with the EMS. The #1 is my favorite.

Interesting side note...I've had a box in the cooler for about a year. I popped it open yesterday and the cello was sticky from the cedar box it was in...Really sticky. The cigars were stuck together.

    Gonna smoke one later tonight.

The Fonseca sun grown cedars I smoke only come in sungrown wrapper bro. JR Cigars sells some Fonsecas with a cedar wrap on them and are NOT the same as FSGC.these I have had those also and the naturals I didnt really care for them, never had the maduros. The real FSGC are the bomb delishious

Sorry if I just confused you

Thanks for the reply. I'll go with your suggestion post-haste. That's pretty weird about your "sticky" situation. Maybe it's sap from all that cedar?

(And, yes, Kevin I am completely confused)

Yeah, I was just exploring Famous' site and I figured those are the ones I want. Although, in the description at JR they call them sun-grown as well. Good thing I asked first 'cause I was going to order from JR initially. Now, it's Famous-Smoke here I come!!! I've bought from them before and I like them a lot.

    Thanks again, Kevin7
