    Default teeth

i've only been smoking cigars regularly for about 4 months, but it has become a daily thing. i smoke one every night a couple hours before bed. i brush twice a day with crest extra whitening and floss and all that good stuff, but stains are starting to appear. is there anything special to do to prevent this?

drake, how do you cut your cigars? do you snip 'em off using the straight cut? you might want to try the punch cut. im not really sure but this cut tends to trap most of the tar and nicotine at the tip of the cigar due to the slightly closed tip. it might help lessen the stains.

Default Someone recently told me that.......

using these whitening toothpastes is bad for your gums in the long run. Ask you dentist. Try a good baking soda toothpaste.

would listerine work? Maybe if you used it right after you smoked? Not sure, just a thought
