Personally I think he's "OK" - nothing to write home about.... I'd just never trade with him and would encourage others not to.
He can post, but I don't think he's going to improve his standing unless his stones drop and he realizes the importance of relationships. Maybe this community can provide that for him - maybe not...
In other words - he's dug himelf pretty deeply into a hole - it's gonna take a lot of work to get out...
