I have problems with UPS about 1 out of every 20 shipments. Actually as a retailer you cannot ship customers tobacco products Fedex (it violates your agreement with Fedex).

Oops. Then use priority mail, Fedex carries most of that too.

Priority mail is also harder to file insurance claims if the package is lost in tranisit. I think the site says you have to wait 28 days from the date the package was mailed to file your claim. It's hard to provide replacements for lost or delayed product that way. UPS I typically file a claim 2 days after the package doesn't show up.

I never use anything other than ground with UPS,it comes next day anyway,usually.Anything else is a rip off.
As for fed ex,it takes the longest on every order I ever used them for.
