Dave Grohl is also a fantastic drummer...not only the Nirvana stuff, but also guested on about half the tracks on the latest NIN album as well as the entire "Songs For The Deaf" album by QOTSA.
And if you enjoy the really heavy stuff, check out Grohl drumming on the Probot album...super fast, super nasty.
