    So no -one is interested

    How about if I provide the winner with the smokes but they will be of the low priced kind: Roly's JR alternatives, etc other stuff up to $3 a stick say 4-5 of them

    And let's say the monthly winner also calculated by the number of points gets a nice extra stick or 2: $10-15 range
