This is some kind of joke right? Do they really charge $750 per cigar?
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.

MSRP is listed as $750, but CI will sell them to you for $500 a single. Aren't they generous.

Gurkha represents the highest tier of super-premium cigars. Blended by Kaizad Hansotia, each cigar is a true masterpiece that celebrates the history-rich art of hand-rolled cigars. Thanks to over a century of tradition, experience and knowledge, the Gurkha name has become widely known as the Rolls Royce of cigars, providing a savory and memorable experience appreciated by even the most critical of enthusiasts. An experience other top boutique brands strive to offer.

“His Majesty’s Reserve”, often shortened to “HMR”, is regarded as the finest cigar in the world. Featured in Maxim Magazine, this elusive cigar is a far cry from commonplace, due to its rare ingredients and expensive, time consuming process.

First, the tobaccos. The Cibao Valley of the Dominican Republic is responsible for growing the country’s finest, most flavorful and sought after leaves. Only the top percentage of leaves from select crops is hand-selected to serve as filler and binder for His Majesty’s Reserve. These exquisite tobaccos, Dominican Cuban Piloto, undergo an extensive aging process. The Connecticut Shade wrapper chosen is best of breed. Silky, smooth and vein-free, utilization of this gorgeous leaf begins with a 5+ year aging process, followed by a fermentation period of at least 7 months.

When all is said and done, the tobaccos enter phase 2, a phase which sets His Majesty’s Reserve a cut above the rest. The carefully treated long-leaf fillers and binders are slowly enhanced by the luxurious nuances of Louis XIII Cognac, the most prized (and expensive) of spirits – roughly $1,300 per bottle. This painstaking process requires a minimum of 1 year to complete.

His Majesty’s Reserve is more than just a cigar, it is a memorable experience that few will ever have, but those that do will cherish each puff. From the masterfully balanced bouquet of buttery smooth flavors to the intoxicating aromas, this cigar is the absolute epitome of world’s finest.

Hey they got one up on auction at C-bid:

    http://www.cigarbid.com/auction/lot.cfm?lotID=365304

The cigar is 7 1/2 inches long and MSRP is $750, which works out to MSRP of $100 an inch.

I propose a gar split. If we can get 6 guys and myself to pony up maybe $50-$60 apiece, we might win the gar for a mere $300-$400 .

If we win, I'll run it through my band saw and distribute each winner one inch. I'll keep the extra half inch for handling the deal.

    What say yea, men ?
In spite of all evidence to the contrary, the entire universe is composed of only two basic substances: Magic and bullshit.

    I'll take this one...

No man handles my deal, especially for $50-$60. Besides, you'd have to take more than half an inch.
