Haven't seen anything like that around here, but I mainly purchase from internet, or at the local b&m.
I'm guessing by your screen name you're in Bozeman, are there any decent shops up there? If you ever make it to Billings, there is a nice shop downtown, Stogies, at 2717 1st Ave N.
