    Default my humidors

Hey! I have one of those, too. Different cigars, though
I also use a mini-frigador and another wooden box that I converted. I gave my first humi away - a 50 count p.o.s.
This is what my 300 count (more like 200) humi looks like:

Sorry about the quality, its my camera in my phone.

Got a 5er of LGC maduro's and LADC, plus i just got my El Mejor Espresso bundle in from CI. They look great, but they are going to have to sit a while, i can tell they are young just by looking and smelling them.

It's you. Some cigars can be purchased without the nice-and-neat trimmed end. There's probably a special name for it, but I don't know what. I think Bandidos or Backwoods or somesuch awfulness has the untrimmed end but I'm not sure who else.

It's called a "shaggy foot" La Palina is a notable example as far as premium sticks go.

Those cigars with the wrappers on the end that look tore up were rolled that way on purpose...just a style i guess. I got them while i was visiting my uncle in Seatle No idea who makes them..but they are really strong and spicy cigars...good when im really pissed off or stressed about exams....

Funny how everyone points out the low humidity. I purposely opened and shot quickly so the hygro would say 64% to avoid the comments. Like we all don't know / care about RH.

Hell, I have a couple of hygrometers that read 10% to 15% low. I have to add to get to the correct percent. I just marked them on the top, so I wouldn't forget.

    Default Humidor and Cigars

So here's my first gar house. Yes the hygrometer is reading a little low. If you know a way to open your humidor and not let out any moisture let me know

I picked up this 250-300 ct humidor at www.stogieboys.com and love it. It's filled with Diesel Gordo's & Churchill, along with some 5-Vega and Alec Braddley Maxx's. I also just picked up some cheaper, larger gauge-medium bodies sticks at cigars international - pirate's gold by Rolando Reyes. Decent smokes, but I'm always on the look out for $1-$2 a stick deals on larger gauge smokes.
    I love the cabinet!
