That sounds awesome. I've been to Vegas 4 times and have yet to see an Elvis, so I hope you get to see one. The place is a blast, normal rules don't apply there. Forinstance you can drink pretty much anywhere you want, such as on the street. Its a good time. Let us know about Casa Fuente.
