Luckily for me, I live in Ohio, very close to the West Virginia border, and we can smoke pretty much anywhere around here. All the restaurants have smoking sections, and most allow cigars. There is also a Casino 10 minutes from me in Wheeling, WV, that allows cigars, and has quite a few lounges where you can sit and relax, and watch live dog racing, or just enjoy a drink in the nice leather seats.
So, I guess I can't complain about my location, however, it is hard to find a good cigar retail shop with a well stocked humidor. I went to one of the 4 in close proximity to me, and found mold on all the Romeo Y Julieta Romeo' Court Tubos, so I guess some better retailers would be nice, also.....no clubs just for aficianados... sadly, so I'm still awaiting that.
However, my fiance' and I discussed opening up a cigar retail shop in our town, that would cater to some of the more expensive and rare cigars, unlike the other local shops, and still offer some of the more affordable smokes as well. So, I'll have to let you know how that goes!
Until Next time,
Nick B.
