He had a reaction to the pain meds, period. I've had a similar reaction to the exact same morphine derivative. The police and paramedics did exactly what they should have, except allow a leak of the preliminary report to some idiotic press shit-head.
The Dr's at the hospital made the final determination as to what happened, and they released him from the hospital.

Chargers safety Terrence Kiel will miss Sunday's game after he was arrested for allegedly shipping at least two parcels of prescription cough medicine to Texas. On the plus side, we're pretty certain Kiel didn't try to drink it all himself on Tuesday night.

the more i see of this..the more i'm moving to T.O.'s side...i don't think he tried to off himself...i think it was an accident...i highly doubt that if he had taken 35 hydrocodone's and had his stomach pumped that he'd be released from the hospital within hours and would be able to practice...

he's still a pompous ass with mega-talent,though...

Barry, my response was based on his childish, classless actions when he was with the Eagles. I'm with you on the drug issue, the jury is still out, but based on his behavior at the Eagles, if he ends up selling insurance and living in a trailer, I will neither shed a tear nor give a wet fart.
