"double happiness" was introduced in 1995...the company that owned the name also made "fighting cock"....they were owned by a company in texas. the cigars were made in the phillipines.
i'm guessing that they were gone by '98 or '99.....CI may have purchased remaining stock and buying the names.
i'd guess that they're probably nothing more than sticks that were made by la aurora for others,who ended up out of the biz.....slap on the DH band and roll 'em out for cheap...i'd pass...
