Colorado went non-smoking in July. I just joined up with the local chapter of the American Legion. Great locals and I can smoke and have a few drinks there, according to Colorado. How are other states handling American Legion halls?

Thankfully we can still smoke in bars here as long as their primary source of revenue is not FOOD... if it is food then it's considered a restaurant not a bar. Unfortunately some places around here have started to not allow pipe or cigar smoking which makes me![]()
There is nothing that pisses me off more than someone smoking a cigarette bitching about my cigar. It's the most hypocritical thing EVER!!!!
Seatbelts save lives, my best friend and I are alive because of them.
Nobody is ever gone as long as there is someone to remember them.
Yeah, if there's one thing I just can't stand, it's big brother telling me what I can and can't do. That drives me into a fit of![]()
As for non-smoking laws, how do they lump bars in with restaurants?? There will always be some supposedly goodytwoshoe politicos, "looking out for the common good", when in actuality their intent is to polish their own appearance. If the smoker/non-smoker ratio were reversed, they would be pushing in the opposide direction.

As Loudpipes said...In FL it's been like that for about 10 years at least I think.
80% or more of the revenue has to be in beer/liqour sales to allow smoking inside if I am not mistaken.
