Some samplers you may want to check out are: Arturo Fuente Don Carlos, some really like the Ashton VSG but I'm not too fond of it, La Aroma de Cuba, La Aurora, Padron Natural

my brother, gave me as a wedding present last month a bottle of 16 year old, distilled in 1974 A.H. Hirsch Reserve. MMMM, good stuff, my wife said it would make a good whiskey sour, and I said probably, but you'll never know.

upon further review...it seems that dru....while admittedly giving us this excellent newbie post may have gone over the newbie first month word restriction.
