I went into the B&M I usually go to in Detroit yesterday, mostly to pick up a few RP Missiles and lucked out 'cause they had maduros in stock, so I bought 6. On the way out of the Humidor, I took a look through the Fuente section of shelves and lo & behold was a full box of WAOMs with a 5er on top of the box. I thought really hard about buying the works but he wanted $10.95 ea for 'em. I thought that was gouging a bit, and since I'm doing my best to build up my smoking budget for next months Cuba trip, I held off and didn't get any (I have a couple in the big humi.

I left the store and was still thinking about that box. All the way through the day, it popped in my head and I wondered if I did the right thing and finally I said "Fuggit" and went back to the store. the wife says "What are you doing, you were already in there once". I told her there's something I gotta get.

I went in and gawddammitt they were gone. The guy said one guy bought the works about 10 minutes after I had been there earlier.

I could have had 15 for ~$140 taxes included, or $290 for all 31 ($9.31 a piece).

While this is a buck & a bit more each than on-line, they're almost impossible to find.

Let the butt-kickin and flaming begin, and I deserve it.
