a really disgusting (and funny) remark on this one.......but I won't.
I don't spit. Reminds me of chewing tobacco.
A couple of customers of mine come into my work now and then holding a cup being used as a portable spitoon. They stand there at the counter chewing and occaisionally spitting into the cup. My God it's gross.
My smoking buddy does begin to spit as he gets down to the nub. Never asked why.
Cigars generally do increase salivation. No?
I think they do. I know my mouth waters just thinking about them sometimes. And especially when I am smoking a spicy cigar I sometimes spit once or twice, if I am outside... I don't HAVE to spit though.....Originally Posted by MMAB
You only spit outside? maybe that's why my wife calls me aOriginally Posted by Roham

don't cigars just make your spit thicker? seems like the smoke would mix with the spit making it thicker and seem like more making some people want to spit. just an idea.
With my limited experience with cigars I noticed that if it's a low qualify cigar I spit. The hotter the smoke or bitter the more of a defense reaction the mouth has. Some of the nicer cigars that are smoother and richer don't give me the urge or mouth full of spit.
I'm also one of those people who don't wasting anything. If it's a bad movie I'll sit through it since I paid for it. If it's a bad cigar I'll finish it.
