Generally speaking when a bet is made there is the initial offer for a bet and then someone accepts then the first person says cool it's a bet and there is some sort of handshake, in the case of the net the handshake part must of course be left out. So Smokin you just be a nice fella for me and go ahead and quote the post in which Bill agreed that the terms of your bet were indeed accepted, or perhaps he sent you a confirmation pm or email, if so quote that. Do that and I'm sure everyone here wil take up the Bill is a bastard flag and rally around your cause. If you however can't do that you need to just fucking drop it and walk away because you're just making yourself look like an ass.
