Well Ken, everything had calmed down but Sid had to start the shit right back up with his "hey bill" thread claiming he was going to send me dried out cigars. Sid has stooped to a "Scotty" level and if people aren't going to take a huge exception to him and his behavior then there will continue to be problems on this board

Just for the fun of it I read some old posts where Sid, Bill, and George were good buds. They teamed up to rid this board of scammers and shills. They did a hell of a good job of it. That is what this board used to be like...Friends looking out for friends.

And you're also correct in your assessment of the root cause of the problems here, it's barry plain and simple.

I am amazed though at you (no offense) and others who don't seem to have a problem with this guy remaining here. We took out the trash with the likes of TBSCigars, fpdoc77, SFG75 and corona gigante because they, like barry, offered nothing to this board but trouble.

Sid's complete support and condoning barry's behavior is what has gotten him into trouble of late.

Don't get me wrong...I really do not like Barry here. If I remember correctly the politics forum was not here when the other guys were around...Correct me if I'm wrong. They acted like assholes where ever they posted.

The politics forum is an enter at your own risk area. If he acted the way he does in politics in other areas I would say ban him...He has not.

Sid is standing up for his friend...An admirable trait. That has caused him problems. I have no clue if Sid has tried to talk to Barry about his actions or not. I would have abandoned Barry if I were Sid. He chose not to. He is a grown and can make his own decisions.

I do think Sid is my friend. He has alot to offer the board...If we can ever move past all this.

When the ban poll started I posted my reason's for not voting. Then, as now, politics or a persons political leaning means nothing. I dislike the posting style. Then, it didn't bother me to the point of banning the guy, and 90 day's was too long. Now, well now I'm just plain sick of the baiting, trolling or whatever you want to call it. That type behavior has no place here.

I'm sure it will be said that CC, GG, Baka or whomever is stalking or whatever. My response is "you reap what you sow." If you start down that path you should expect a similar response. Maybe that was the point, I don't know. What I do know is it started with Barry and Sid's unconditional support.
