    Default Going to Puerto Rico!

I just bought tickets to PR! My girlfriend's old boss has given us a open invite to use his place in PR for over a year, we finally took him up on it. Unfortunitly I/we know nothing of the island, what there is to do, places to see, history, etc. Can anyone help me out? Also, for those who scuba-dive, is there any good diving around PR? Much thanks in anticipation.

Uhhhhh... Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory -- Cuba is still verboten. It'd be easier to get Habanos by travelling to St. Maartin.

As far as your questions, Juan, where in PR will you be?

Well Drew's question is still relivent, because if its 500 yards or less away from PR, then I can swim! If its more then I may possible drowned. So for my sake, lets hope its swim-able.
As for where we are staying, I'm not sure. This trip wasn't done with my usual foundness of planning. It was more based on Orbitz telling me about cheap airfare. Anyway, once I find out, I'll let y'all know.

You could swim to the Virgin Islands, if you're a champion distance swimmer (and shark-proof). Also, where you're staying on the island makes a HUUUUGGGGEEEE difference. Hopefully it's in the Dorado beach area, where all the rich people live.
