    Default Fedex vs. Canada Post

Well, lately I have been getting majorly screwed with customs/duties/canadapost.

They have opened pretty much my last 5 packages I have received. The asshole at the post office says that my address has been flagged by Canada Post...(and he now knows me by name )

So anyways, during this period I have received 3 packages via FedEx, and have had absolutely no problems with them. They got here on time, and cleared the border with absolutely no problems. I did some checking on prices, and it is around 2$/package more than USPS, but it will get here in 5 business days, and I am fairly sure that they provide a tracking number. I even believe that they will pick up the package from your house.

Basically what I am saying is that in the future I am going to be using FedEx for my shipments, and that canadapost can go to hell.

Good to know, Drew. And next time you need a little something sent your way, I'll be sure to use proper procedure!

Is FedEx convenient for most of you guys? It seem even more convenient to me than Canada Post. And the tracking number is something cool to have for shipments cross border.

That's what I like to hear, but then again I'm a little biased.

Ok, WTF. My killerbeans just got here. They were shipped on the 10th of Nov. via USPS Air (delivered by Canada Post).

    CUSTOMS DIDN'T TOUCH THEM!!???

They had no customs declaration form on them (Which I though was required) and were wrapped (very well I might add) in brown paper.

I am wondering if the ease of access has anything to do with them opening packages or not?

This has me stumped and even more confused than before.

Well, I still have 3 incoming (that I know of)...I shall see how they turn out.
