    Default finest of the finest...

number #2 son, daniel (the cop)...won an award, along with his partner, for their handling of an "incident" which occured in sept '05.....after the incident he was moved to a plain-clothes anti-crime unit (not bad for 3 years OTJ)......i guess they gave out 30 or so of these today at a luncheon...needless to say,i'm very proud of him and pray for his continued safety...

Congratulation Sid and congrats to Daniel..... Finest of the Finest Awards are not given to just anybody. Only a small number of them are given out by our union (NYCPBA) every year.

Here is a link to the Press Release from last year's ceremony......Click Here as soon as this one is out I will post it

Sid.... tell your son I said congrats and tell him to be careful..... AND WEAR HIS VEST
I'm not big on doing reviews, tobacco doesn't taste like "cocoa" or "nutty" or "mocha" to me, it tastes like freakin' TOBACCO. I know what I like and I really don't care what other people think of other cigars. I've never read a review and said to myself "Wow, that sounds like a cigar I'd like to try!"

That's great news Sid. By the way you should be happy to know that the NYC police department just gave out brand new Vests to the force. These are supposed to have much more stopping power and cover more of the body surface. ( at least that's what the newspaper article said )

Congratulations to you and your son Sid. It's great that he's recogonized for being a great police officer and being awarded for it. Too often they don't get the recognition they deserve.

Sounds like he is the kind of cop that I love to support, 98% of cops are good to graet people. I know almost all of the cops in my town, it's a small town so a small PD, but I support them all.
