I sent a nasty gram to amazon. I'm sure it was a mistake, but the fact that they already took the money out of my account is what is pissing me off.
My sec. just came by my door and asked why I was laughing at the computer.I placed this order, the money was taken out of my checking account via by debt/visa. Then I get an email saying my order was cancelled. I responded saying the money was already gone and I got a response back saying it wasn't. Well, I'm looking at my account in my other browser and it's gone. I completed my end of this transaction, just because your merchant wants to jack up the price (by saying I can reorder for substainially more) is just plain illegal. Bait and switch tactics are disgusting. I am shocked your involved with a retailer such as this. Then, allowing them to delete my order and hide the evidence. This is a violation of New Hampshire's consumer protection act and the UCC. I expect my order to be processed.

ahh yes the cinco vegas on cbid.....it was a thoughtful gesture...however i did see them first!
just got off the phone. lady at amazon said the seller did it too alot of people, not just us two. she's gonna report the seller and see if he did something faulty. she totally agreed with me on everything but couldn't ship me the product because they were only connected to amazon and shipped from their own facility. she said there's no way to leave feedback since our invoices were deleted, but what we could do is write a review on their page about the product and tell what happened.
she assured me several times that actions would take place, yet would not be able to contact to tell me what happened. she said all i could do would be to check back and see if they had been banned or not.
I knew it was too quiet around this place!! FINALLY some soap opera drama to spice it up

Amazon won't reply to my customer service requests with anything other than an automated reply. The vendor won't reply at all.
I'm still out my 20 bucks.
go to amazon, log in, and there will be a link under the help section. i don't remember exactly what it says, but you type your number in and they call you immediately. i did it last nite.
