I'm a huge fan of Cuban SLRs but the domestic ones are a completely different animal. I have a few of the non-Cuban ones kicking around but I can't remember when the last time I smoked one was.

I had one about a month ago... lemme dig out my notes...I had the reserva especials, I noted that they were nice, a little mild for my taste, I tend to prefer heaviest of cigars. I had burn problems with larger one of the pair I smoked. Not very complex but hearty. But thats just from two sticks so...
It's a good medium body and value priced cigar. It delivers well for what it costs . I've smoked boxes of these and still enjoy them as a nice breakfast cigar
The older I get ,the better I was
The domestics aren't bad...
The '03 ISOM SLR A's are the BOMB!!! (one of the best I've ever smoked)
Pretty much what they have all said. The domestic is a very well priced cigar for the quality it offers at that price. And yes they arent the best burning cigars in the world but you cant complain for 3-4 dollars a smoke(or cheaper sometimes). I had two this weekend while I was having a budlight with friends, and I can't complain at all.![]()
