Hhhmmmmm....... maybe something a little special..... Shark, WOAM... 858 SG
I'm not big on doing reviews, tobacco doesn't taste like "cocoa" or "nutty" or "mocha" to me, it tastes like freakin' TOBACCO. I know what I like and I really don't care what other people think of other cigars. I've never read a review and said to myself "Wow, that sounds like a cigar I'd like to try!"

Since the Cowboys play on Monday, if they win I'll celebrate with a nice Cohiba Sublime. If they lose I guess I'll burn a PAM torp. in disgust.

I don't have any special cigar set aside, but I was thinking maybe a Joya de Nicaragua. The red and green band has kind of a Christmas look to it, doesn't it?

I don't have anything planned, but I'll probably light something after the evening meal with a friend who will just be getting back into town. I've burned through a bunch of my "special occaision" smokes during the month of December (It's been a good month).

That being said, a friend of mine got me an Opus X #5 for Christmas, but it's currently back in Providence, so it'll be a bit before I get to light it. I'll be sure to let y'all know how it goes.

Herfador packed for the trip to my parent's today. Dad and I are smoking Tatuaje Havana VIs and PAM 26 #9s. The ladies (and this includes my little brothers) will be smoking their CAO flavours or Javas, I am sure.

While playing Santa tonight, I will smoke a 2004 GOF.

Tomorrow, it is off to the inlaws. I am packing an ESG (a la Guado) and some tranquilizers for that occassion.

    Happy X-Mas Eve all!

I'm probably going to light up my Rockey Patel Signature Series I got from UPS the other day or Rockey Patel Vintage 92.

597: You're going to like those RPs. Good stuff indeed.

I haven't had a cigar in weeks. I've been smoking a pipe almost daily though. So after I finish wrapping my last couple of gifts I think I'll have the Montecristo white label that I got via the "Free Cigar" forum thread. We'll have some folks over tonight. I think I'll open up my humidor to anyone who feel like having a cigar. Don't know if anyone will, but I'm feeling friendly.

I ended up having an A. Feunte Gran Reservo which was very pleasant indeed.

It had the same "Steak sauce and chocolate" flavor I remembered from the last one I had. I almost wish I had stayed with a mild cigar instead. I haven't smoked a cigar in weeks and this one was pretty full bodied and medium strong as far as nicotine. But paired with a Bass Ale and "The Great Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" it made for an enjoyable hour or so.

Merry Christmas everyone. Enjoy the holidays, the good food, the good friends, and some good cigars.
